Which is the accurate one?

When Blackbeard learned about Luffy's one hundred millions berries bounty the fansubs translated it as "I suspected 30 millions was too low for his ambition", but VIZ has it as "he didn't look like he was even worth 30 million..."

So which one is accurate? Blackbeard initially thought 30 millions was too much or too little for Luffy?

Obs: this might not have been worth a topic and would fit better in the One Piece Discussion, but I have posted like 4 times there in a row, so I thought it would be better to make a thread.

I think this version makes more sense. BB would understand Haki anyway. Doesn't he also say that Luffy's Haki improved at Impel Down since last time? It adds up.

Haki means ambition. I think this also makes more sense. Look how it's said on VIZ:

"He didn't look like he was even worth 30 million... but this high?"

The usage of "But" doesn't make sense in the context considering it's talking about how even 30 million was too high. The "But" would only make sense if the 30 millions was already something too low, making it "30 Millions was too low... But this high?"...

But the problem is that Crunchyroll also has Blackbeard saying 30 millions was too high:

Crunchyroll is a mix of both, adding the ambitious (Haki), but putting the "30 millions was too high" which also doesn't make sense considering Luffy's ambitious is very high.
