When Fat Boo was fighting Dabura, IIRC, Vegeta made a comment implying that he>>Fat Boo (against Dabura and SSj Gohan).

It was only after he began to fight Vegeta that he surpassed him IMO.

I think angry explosion was the one that surpassed Vegeta. I also think Vegeta had a good drop of Ki after severely injuring his arm. Like Gohan in cell games.
