Haven't really watched much of the Yo Son Goku special tbh so I don't quite know the power levels on that, but all of those others I feel are good feats to use. A gag would be like Fang defeating Krillin despite losing to Up and Puar.

Piccolo in the RoSaT about Gotenks for sure. He's like "Yay Gotenks is awesome" and then he's like "Nooo, Gotenks sucks!"

18 vs Mighty Mask is gag-y, I don't think it's meant to be taken seriously. The boys are having fun compared to 18, who wants prize money. The dichotomy is what makes the comedy.
