Which one is a bigger gap?

The gap between Full Power Freeza and Cell (Humans Absorbed), or the gap between Full Power Perfect Cell and Kid Boo?

My gut somewhat tells me it's the latter, but the former probably has more power statements that could bloat the gap if applied

Perfect-Cell is high (maybe the highest we see) Super-Saiyan tier, where-as Boo is low Super-Saiyan 3 tier. You have two transformations from Super-Saiyan to Super-Saiyan 3, so yeah I'd probably say it's the second.

What about the gap between Full Power Freeza and 2nd Form Cell? Would that be bigger?

Not sure about that one either, but I might still say the Cell/Boo gap is bigger just because 2 transformation difference, where-as here they are still in Super-Saiyan tier, but then again Super-Saiyan tier is very large.

I think the gap between Freeza and 1st form Cell is far larger.

I think there is around a 11x gap between Full Power Cell and Kid Boo. I think the Freeza and 1st Form Cell gap is smaller, while the Freeza and 2nd Form Cell gap is a lot larger.

Let's see my numbers:

Freeza (100%) - 200,000,000
Imperfect Cell (post humans) - 1,600,000,000

Perfect Cell (full power) - 64,000,000,000
Kid Boo - 420,000,000,000

So Freeza and Imperfect Cell gap is a bit larger.

I says the gap between Full power Freeza and Imperfect Cell (post human absorption). I have SSJ2 Goku kind of close to 2x PC. 4x for SSJ3 and he was on par with Pure Boo, 7.5x in total. Imperfect Cell (post) tanking Piccolo's Light Grenade was an impressive display of the gap between the two, 3x. Not to mention Piccolo was ahead of the SSJs (pre ROSAT) at that point, 1.5x who could prefer one shots 100% Freeza, 2.5x.

Freeza (100%) - 1
Imperfect Cell (post) - 11.25

Perfect Cell - 1
Pure Boo - 7.5
