Super-Saiyan 2 tier or Super-Saiyan 3 tier?

I'd say he's at the highest Super-Saiyan 2 level? Maybe like an intermediary between the 2 transformations. He'd get owned by any Super-Saiyan 3 we see though.

Fat Boo is somewhat close to SSJ3 Goku, and Grey Boo possess most of fat Boo's power, so I'd prefer having him as a low tier SSJ3 or a high tier SSJ2.

So pretty much right in the middle of SSJ2 and SSJ3, imo.

1. Fat Buu has the same power pre and post split. Grey Buu=Kid Buu.

3. Fat Buu lost the majority of his power post split. Kid Buu>Fat Buu>Grey Buu>Good Buu.

SSJ3 Goku was weaker against Kid Buu than he was against Fat Buu, because of his
living body's limitations.
5. Same as 4, except Kid Buu=Grey Buu.

SSJ2s to begin with. Alas, Good Buu and Grey Buu are both weaker than SSJ2s.
