Which zenkai was greater?

I think Freeza used more effort to deflect Vegeta's blast than when warming up against Goku.

Freeza's increased speed level is fine for his warm up level against Goku. You could tell that Freeza only temporarily raised his effort level to kick Vegeta's blast.

I don’t think Freeza lowered his effort vs Goku. Maybe in that initial skirmish before Vegeta died, but afterwards he knew Goku was on a different league compared to Vegeta.

They were just warming up tho.
