Was he ever at his current full power? Aside from his first attack that caused the tsunamis, he was wounded pretty badly for every other attack.

I never got the impression that first stabbing slowed him down much, even if they played it up for dramatic affect.

But yeah you're probably right. He didn't do anything but get weaker as the war went on, otherwise he would have wrecked blackbeards crew.

He probably wasnt. Time and time again through out the arc they seemed to point out how WB was getting weaker by the second. I think even the Squardo stab effected him because Marcpo could tell how his health was depleting fast.
