Who created cards after Pegasus died?

Pyro’s Duelist Kingdom thread reminded me that Pegasus created Duel Monsters. But considering how many series have followed Yu-Gi-Oh, who ended up taking the reigns after he died? I can’t imagine that every current card was made before his death.

Considering the influence Kaiba Corp. had over the game such as the new Battle City rules that became the standard from thereon, I'm pretty sure they would've become the main supplier for a while. They were the top of the market when it came to making simulations for duels, so it does seem like something they'd excel at.

Industrial Illusions continued to function despite the death of the creator, but I'm assuming KaibaCorp became a bigger factor in card production after Duelist Kingdom. I don't think it's really mentioned, though.

Other series after DM, GX, and 5Ds I have no idea. I don't care about those (or 5Ds).
