The story involves Janemba & Hildegarn, both know of the Super DragonBalls & each with their own wish but neither knows of the other.
Hildegarn is as powerful as SuperSaiyan Blue Gogeta, while Janemba is as powerful as Mastered Ultra-Instinct Goku.

Janemba goes after the Super DragonBalls so he can wish to rid all universes of mortal life & remake everyone in his image.

Hildegarn hunts down the Super DragonBalls to erase every Kai, Angel, God Of Destruction, every last divine/demonic being in every universe.


Who does the plot favor?

You're the first reply & you aren't hung up on the fact neither can speak & only Akira Toriyama can make em speak.

Here i don't need to always paint a complete picture every time, members here already assume if Janemba & Hildegarn are invovled in a WhatIF situation then there's a way for them to make the wish but them speaking isn't the point.
