Who is the best character in the whole series?

I've always thought it's Suno, she's a very kind girl, very sweet and very kind.

Kuririn. He had interest to him as an underdog amongst the main cast with relatable goals of gaining confidence, was very respectable in how he'd participate in battles way out of his league as the series went on and was overall the most consistent out of the more developed characters in the series. What cases of a change in attitude occurred were often the result of him gaining confidence only to be humbled, fighting Majunior in the 23rd TB being a good example of such.

Vegeta or Piccolo

Both went from bad guy that loves to kill then became a good guys trying to protect their love ones. For Vegeta it was a slow development while Piccolo immediately developed during the Saiyan Arc.

Master Roshi, had a strong character arc and some of the best action to his name.

Yeah probably Roshi, at least in part 1. I find it hard to single out a good character in part 2..
