From the entire franchise o Dragonball/Z, which single character is the most useless of them all?

A couple of the RRA generals like Silver, Yellow and Violet. They literally had roles any generic foot soldier could have.

Agree with Silver and Yellow, but I think they did a good job in expanding on Violet's character in the anime at least; they made her pretty multi-dimensional and truly befitting the Army in the end, willing to rob her own workplace for her own good.

She was a one panel character in AT's original manga. That was a rare example of a character being additional depth thru filler.
