Who was more damaged between Kid Gohan SSJ2 when receiving SPC's lightning or OG73I when receiving Gohan and Piccolo's combined attack?

Definitely 73. Part of his body was completely blown off and he appeared to be unconscious briefly. Gohan only had a broken arm.

Seven-Three received greater damage, but I’m not sure if he feels pain or fatigue like flesh and bone people do. Isn’t he some sort of Android?

I'm pretty sure it was stated that he had infinite stamina. He might feel pain but it hardly matters when he can regenerate immediately.
