To me it's M12 Gogeta, that guy gives no fuck and fuck Janemba hard in a short amount of time. That's why he's better than Vegito but sadly, GT ruined him by making more like adult Gotenks the person that I despised.

Probably Taopaipai prior to Galu stomping him. The ways in which he killed his victims were always creative. Killing Blue with his tongue, killing Bora with his own spear, killing that filler assassin by sticking his slipper out in front and redirecting the bullet, killing the tailor with one finger like he's a Hokuto Shinken expert...dude would be the only choice if it wasn't for him turning into an asshat once he got surpassed.

As far as their overall track record goes though, Vegeta likely takes it due to still having badass moments and not permanently becoming a complete bitch after someone stomps him.

The biggest bad ass imo is Cooler. He is simply an improved version of Frieza.
