Goku wins hands down in techniques learned from other people and Vegeta wins in the IQ department. Who do you wins in techniques learned by themselves and techniques used in combat from the saiyan arc all the way to Super to EoZ?

Yeah, I'd say Vegeta wins the creativity in attacks here, he had the most variation in ki attacks. Piccolo wasn't too far behind.

I'd say Piccolo wins in IQ.
