Why didn't Dende heal Tien?

Dende and Hercule just kind of awkwardly left him. Do you think Toriyama just forgot or perhaps Dende used too much healing to heal Gohan since his power was massive? But if that was the case, then I don't see why he would have asked Kibito Kai to transport him to the Supreme Kai's Planet to heal Goku. I feel like Toriyama just forgot or just didn't want Tien to go any further along, perhaps he just momentarily forgot about Dende's healing abilities.

Dende probably payed attention to Boo saying he was "quite the master" and thought Tenshithands would spring back to life soon without the need of being healed.
