Why didn't the Namekians restore their planet?

As already said, the risk of someone else finding the world and repeating what happened (especially without a fighter like Nail around anymore) would be very dangerous. Even if not Freeza's remnants, any other unknown force could just pop up when Namek's location seems common knowledge in the more technologically-savvy parts of the universe and they were well known enough Vegeta had heard of their magical abilities.
