What is the actual manga quote that causes this argument?

Isn't it something along the lines of Boo's ki being hard to read? I always thought that was sort of like suppressing, at least from watching the anime.

It's painfully obvious he is reffering to Fatty and his power boosts he gets by blowing smoke out of his head.
Goku says similar cryptic sh*t right before Buu powers up for the first time.
