Take Goku's first time, he ask for food despite the fact he is dead. He said the food is not very tasty.

Goku ignore Kaio's warning of not fighting Freeza and killing Freeza before he power up to 100%.

The next time he visted him, he wake him up.

The next time, he bring a self destruction time bomb with him, which kill him and Bubbles. Also, said explosion destroy his planet.

Goku ignore North Kaio when he tell him not to use SSJ3.

In Super, he ignore his warning of not fighting Beerus, which cause his planet to get mess up. He forget to revive him.

Goku's never really been that respectful towards deities or his later masters. He did insult Kami when asked about if Goku wanted to be his successor as God. He tends not to really care much about manners in general unless his need to is forced upon him by someone else wanting him to show courtesy, so it's not that surprising.

Because he's stronger than him and he would done the same thing with other Gods if he was stronger than them as well.

Pretty sure he'd do that either way, only to be beaten up or something.

It's more to do with how Goku is than it being about King Kai personally. In the times when he's considerably more polite to deities, it tends to be due to cautioning from someone with more etiquette, like Whis.
