1. It is already established that Fat Buu is about 1.5x SSJ2s, since SSJ2 Teen Gohan provided 40% of his power and he could not one shot
Majin Vegeta. When Fat Buu was split, no power up was mentioned, so that was the power that was shared between the two Buus produced.
Therefore, those two Buus were weaker than SSJ2s, which is further supported by Vegeta later (when in Buu's body, he didn't seem scared
of the possibility of Buu reverting to either Good Buu or Grey Buu).
2. The Buu that Kid Buu vomitted was Good Buu, since no change is mentioned. Now, about Good Buu faring better than Vegeta against the
same opponent, here is what i have come up with. I think Kid Buu showed three powers overall...
-His initial/minimal effort power, which is lower than SSJ2s, which is why Goku/Vegeta initially laughed at Kid Buu and even rosamboed to
decide who would take him.
-His more serious power.
-His max.

Here's his battle with Good Buu...
http://mangafox.me/manga/dragon_ball/v42/c318/1.html
Notice that, at pages 5-8 is the part when Good Buu holds his own, Here, Kid is using his minimal effort (the lower than SSJ2 level).
Now, this is the next chapter...
http://mangafox.me/manga/dragon_ball/v42/c319/1.html
At page 2, the two Buus are about to start round 2. If Kid Buu could talk properly, at this point, he'd say something like ''now, i'm
getting serious''. From this point on, Kid totally dominates the fight.

And now, about his fight with Vegeta...
http://mangafox.me/manga/dragon_ball/v42/c317/1.html
At page 3, when the fight starts, Kid Buu takes Vegeta lightly, beginning with his minimal effort suppression, resulting in Vegeta
hammering him. At page 6 though, when he's realized Vegeta is not a total pushover, he raises his effort to his more serious
power and dominates.

And now, some gaps...

SSJ2 Teen Gohan- 60
SSJ2 Goku/Vegeta- 100
Fat Buu- 150
Good Buu- 65
Evil Buu- 85
Kid Buu (initial)- 75
Kid Buu (serious)- 125 and increasing

1) Good points, but Vegeta was ready to go outside and fight Super Boo after they weakened him. We know for a fact Super Boo would crush him with ease.

2) Kid Boo was pissed at Mr. Boo and attacked him right off the bat. I seriously doubt he was ever using power less than Super Saiyan 2 there because it wouldn't make sense. Aside from those little blasts Vegeta landed, he did far worse than Mr. Boo did. At least Mr. Boo was able to knock Kid Boo away and land a few more hits. Kid Boo wasn't taking Vegeta seriously at all and beat the shit outta him before he was saved by Hercule of all people. It's not like Mr. Boo's regeneration was really effective, either, since his power was going down while fighting Kid Boo.

Good Boo would have been killed twice during his bout' with Kid Boo, Vegeta survived his without any suffering any casualty inflicting damage.

Boo is only effective because of his regeneration and infinite stamina.

I'd agree with @withheldforprivacy

Why is your formatting so wonky?

Buu being killed isn't really an effective argument, since all the buu's just take chi blasts like that because they regenerate. Where as a normal fighter would have blocked or evaded.

But I agree, the only reason good buu appears to fight better than vegeta is mainly due to regeneration. Both are completely outclassed by kid buu.

He doesn't have infinite stamina against Kid Boo. His power was going down the more Kid Boo beat up on him, which is why he was about to be killed.

If Kid Boo never let up on Vegeta, it would've been no different.

Boo's try to avoid blasts when they can. They're just shitty fighters.

Vegeta says that because it's Boo against Boo, he can take damage.

Under no other circumstances was Boo's Chi being noted as wearing down against any other fighter in physical combat. Not with Ultimate Gohan, Gotenks or Super Vegetto.

That's why he has no infinite stamina against Kid Boo. It's a non-factor in that battle.

I know. There's no other way to gauge Mr. Boo's actual power.

Mr. Boo did take far more punishment than Vegeta and actually landed a few hits, while Vegeta was pretty much done after being pummeled.

I'd be willing to argue that Vegeta did about the same. Good Boo only lasted longer due to regeneration. He would have been killed twice.

He blasted half his body apart, even though retarded Kid Boo tried to avoid it.

He again blasted Boo into complete nothingness, but Kid Boo was regenerating behind his back.

Landing a Chi attack is more effective against Boo than a physical attack, we all know that.

Good Boo lands a headbutt

Good Boo lands a Chi blast

Good Boo lands a tentacle attack?! Lmao

Good Boo would have died here without regeneration

Good Boo would have died a second time here

I see no problem with making Vegeta SSj2 stronger than Boo, with Boo's regeneration carrying the edge and making the difference. When Kid Boo would have initially killed him, Boo would have only landed a headbutt and that insignificant Chi attack, which was less effective than anything Vegeta did, and the fight would have been over after a few scans, probably less than Vegeta's.

I really don't see the point in citing Boo's regeneration when that can apply to literally every Boo. In the scan you posted, Kid Boo would've been finished if he couldn't regenerate from Vegeta's blasts. Same could be said about Mr. Boo's blast on Kid Boo; or rather, he wouldn't have been at his full-capacity. Base Goku sliced Gotenks Boo in half with a Kienzan, Gotenks vaporized Super Boo with the Ghost Kamikaze Attack. What is that supposed to prove?

Mr. Boo took the majority of his beating without having an opportunity to regenerate. Doesn't change the fact that he still lasted much longer than Vegeta ever did. Also, landing a Chi-attack isn't more effective when Boo is standing there without bothering to dodge it. Mr. Boo being able to recover and counter Kid Boo after taking a pissed off kick to the face is way more impressive than Vegeta's barrage of Chi-blasts, anyway.

He regenerated in every opportunity that he had, so did Kid Boo. And he only lasted longer because of that ability. Consider that his infinite stamina was a factor as well. It will wear down when it's Boo against Boo, but not as quickly as it would when it's a normal fighter against Boo, it's a-lot more resistant in that sense.

Nothing changes the fact that Vegeta was able to vaporize Boo into complete nothingness while Good Boo wasn't able to.

Vegeta's feats seem better.

The regeneration was a non-factor there because he couldn't use it when Kid Boo was just assaulting him with physical attacks. That's not a point against Mr. Boo.

Kid Boo just stood there and let Vegeta blast him. He actually attacked Mr. Boo with rage and still got knocked away. He displayed far more effort against Mr. Boo than he did against Vegeta. Kid Boo was already annoyed with Mr. Boo after dodging his first Chi-blast.

Nothing changes the fact that Vegeta is already having trouble getting up when Boo knocks him down with his first attack. He even says Boo was "killing him" when he was taking Kid Boo's punches. Vegeta's feats honestly look terrible.

Kid Boo tried to jump out of the way and he got blasted, Vegeta continued until Kid Boo was blasted into nothingness. Nothing Mr.Boo did was as effective as Vegeta's initial assault, nothing.

Vegeta was then struck with an off-guard, double handed attack on the back of his head, but he still survived his beating.

Good Boo would have died on several occasions and he was definitely going to die in the end anyways, just like Vegeta, so that's not really a valid sense of reasoning. Good Boo was weak enough that Boo resorted to fighting with his legs, you can't really argue that he appeared to be trying harder against Good Boo, because it didn't seem that way.

Then proceeded to stand there and allow Vegeta to blast him. The fact that he regenerated right behind Vegeta shows that he didn't care enough to dodge Vegeta's attack. You keep bringing up the regeneration despite the fact that this applies to every form of Boo. Whether Mr. Boo would've been finished or not doesn't change the point because that can be said about Kid Boo. You say "effective" when the situation you're describing is the exact opposite of it.

He sensed Kid Boo appear behind him, so it's not like he was completely off-guard. All of Kid Boo's attacks were crushing Vegeta, who admits that the punches are killing him. It didn't take very long to incapacitate Vegeta.

Kid Boo only started fighting with his legs after the fight had gone on for awhile. He attacked Mr. Boo with rage and clearly put more effort into his attacks than he did against Vegeta. After beating Vegeta down and choking him, the fight is clearly over. Mr. Boo took far more punishment than Vegeta without regeneration even being a factor. That's valid enough reasoning considering it's shown.

We'll have to agree to disagree I suppose, I just don't think Vegeta's feats are that much worse than Good Boo's, whom would have been killed several times without his regenerative capabilities and infinite stamina.

As for the thread, I can see Vegeta carrying the edge in raw power with Boo's haxed abilities making a significant difference in how a battle between the two would actually play out.

This is a good thread. I'll have to come back to it.
