They must have had some relevancy during the Void Century or immediately preceding it. So were they used by Joyboy? Or by the Celestials? Were they first built and used during their battle, or did these weapons already exist prior to the conflict? Were they parr of a wider arsenal of ancient weapons, with only three surviving?
Pluton is the only built one we can accurately describe. It's a ship and Franky and Iceberg (probs my favourite backstory) know how to build it. Why was this ship first built? And regardless of who built it, was it used to fight the Celestials? Or used by the Celestial to bring down the old world, before being sealed in Wano? Or was it built to fight the Celestials, but nobody ever got a chance to use it? Or was it part of a wider naval fleet?
Uranus is controlled by the Gorosei, but again who built it? It's from the era of advanced technology, so was it built by Joyboy's civilisation or by the CDs? Were the CDs part of Joyboy's civilisation, but later split off, while gaining control of Uranus to defeat JB? Or they beat JB and only after that got control of Uranus? Did it exist prior to the conflict, or was it built for the war between JB and the CDs? I'm still going with my theory it's a satellite, but idk if it was built by the CDs or someone else and if it had some function besides being a weapon.
