Will Franky build Pluton?

I was thinking about how Pluton will fit into the story. I don't think it will be left unbuilt. If the marines or BB build it I'm not sure how it will be fought against. Maybe with CH and the mermaid princess or maybe somw other third ancient weapon but because fighting a ship would be weird and Thousand Sunny wouldn't have a chance probably and ofc Franky or Tom - I mean Iceberg :,( - have the blueprints makes sense that Franky or the Galle-La will build it, even more so since it was built on Water 7 previously.

Only thing is then 2/3 ancient weapons will be against the WG probably, so I guess the third weapon will have to go to the WG, unless some shiz like DF powers disappearing happens resulting in everyone relying on weapons/haki happens, idk.

Who even used the ancient weapons in the past? Does it say? And do the Celestial Dragons have the blueprints or whatever for Uranus? Uranus is tye god of the sky so would make sense that celestial dragons use it since they have wings n shiz or that it's something to do with those moon people anyway (idk wtf is going on with them. Didn't even know they existed in the Jemangeunmango until like a month ago). Pluton is god of wealth btw.

Also mixed up Pluton and Poseidon until just now, ha.

He won't build it because he swore that after he built his "dream ship" he'll never build another one, if anything I can see him upgrading the Sunny with some aspects of Pluton whenever he gets the skills and materials he needs.

What do you guys think makes Pluton such a dangerous ship? Like some super cannon that can vaporize an island?

Just my own theory. That the 3 great weapons were used during the void century to create the one piece world. Pluton is supposed to be a weapon of unrivaled power and destruction. Where as Poisiden is a living weapon capable of controlling the sea kings.

I've always assumed Pluton was used to shape the world like it currently is, shattering the landmasses into islands, the red line etc.

Maybe Raftel itself is Pluton? And those sky dudes are captaining it.
