Will Rumiko Takahashi ever draw Onigumo/Naraku's real appearance?

Every time we could have, it was hidden. Naraku in his first appearance wore that weird costume then he stole that priest's appearance and that was how he was for the rest of the series. We see Onigumo in flash-backs but only IIRC are shown below his face at best. Muso was also initially not shown before he stole that one gai's appearance.

Takahashi isn't anything like Watsuki. The only Inuyasha spin-off she's done since it ended is a special chapter for some earthquake event in like 2011, and she hasn't even touched Maison Ikkoku or Ranma 1/2 since they ended. 2

Tbf, Naraku wore the face of that castle lord for so long, he even had it in death. It's pretty much just his face at this point.

His name was Kagewaki to be exact.

That was an animated feature which she doesn't draw herself, it's not like she did a spin off manga or anything.

Don't think she had any more involvement in it than AT did with something like Episode of Bardock.

She had plenty of successful manga before Inuyasha such as Ranma, Maison Ikkoku and Urusei Yatsura. She's not just a one hit wonder fag similar to Watsuki (Rurouni Kenshin) or Fujisawa (GTO/Shonan Junai Gumi).
