Is Wiper allowed the Reject dial? If so, he wins. If not, I'd give it to Zoro. Wiper's insistence to use the Reject on Shura implies he wouldn't be able to take him without it, whereas the level of difficulty for Ohm's trial implied he was the strongest of Enel's warriors.
