Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V basically is a multiverse story with multiple dimensions that have similarities to their original shows. Only difference being the previous protagonist seemingly don't exist.

It'd be a cool thing to see, but you'd have to find ways around making the main protagonists battle.
