Would Enel hold any relevance currently?

I know his bounty is 500,000,000, but he was being physically damaged by Skypiea Luffy, and was literally killed by the Reject Dial. That is pretty sad feat wise, logia or not. Anyone with Haki should be able to one shot him IMO.

I don't think he's anything special without the powers of his fruit. Blackbeard pre-Marineford would kill him fairly easily, let alone some of the stronger guys in the NW

He might hold some relevance offensively, but defensively as shown he just isn't up to snuff.

Anyone we have seen with CoA would one shot his skypeia self. He'll inevitably come back stronger though.

His fruit power are pretty OP, but he'll need to get use to the fact that he's no God, to survive in the New World.

He would be relevant in the first half of the grand line because almost everyone there can't use haki, he wouldn't survive 5 minutes in the New World though. Pekoms vs Carribou would basically be how any of Enel's fights in the New World would end.

If he could expand beyond Observation Haki, he could probably become a threat due to his OP fruit.

If he comes back with strong Haki and stays away from people who hold a type advantage (Luffy is the only one for sure but you never know) he'd be very formidable.
