What does this game play most similarly to in regard to previous DB games?

Is it worth buying?

Somewhat, I'd say. But a new experience compared to other games. Some very tough missions, too.

nah, but depending at wot level u are during missions, it can be difficult to easy

for example, if you try boo-saga mission or pq with freeza-level character, u'd lose easily mostly likely bcoz ur character could probably lose in 1 or 2 hits, where-as u can only do very little damage that way

u can do pqs (old or new) or do the same missions over until u levelled-up to the point where u can win the next mission or pq.

but later pqs & missions give u more points, so if u are at highest level, then doing old missions might not help u as much, since u need more points for the next level too.

pq is parallel-quest, something like side-missions, i guess u can say

levelling ur charter makes u more powerful

u can add points to diff. sections, like strikes or life or ki attacks, it depends on ur build

I'm actually liking the sound of this. Finally a game where you can have variety as opposed to every character more or less being equal.

I want to download it because buying the disk is a hassle, but for some dumb reason the download version is $20 more. Weird.

i'd also wish they'd make a game more like the series, it's do-able in so many ways but they only cater to fighting-gamers

More of a DragonBall game than a fighting game.

Wot exactly do you mean, like where you could actually adventure around and whatnot?

I Legacy of Goku game on the new consoles and PC would be incredible. Imagine having the new graphics and being able to virtually explore the DB world. Would be cool if you were in the same world as people online too, and you'd be able to come across them and fight them, or work with them.

Ah yeah, agrid. I never liked how transformations meant jack shit aside from aesthetics. I agree with CC's post there too, but I'd rather have some sort of power scaling than none.
