Yajirobe (first appearance) vs Tenshinhan (22nd Budôkai)

I'm still debating as to whether or not Goku got a zenkai from Tambourine. If he did, then Yajirobe should win, if not, then I'll go with Tenshinhan.

I'm on the fence about Goku getting or no a Zenkai too, ryan. I'm still not 100% convinced Mutaito > 22nd Goku.

Besides, Goku getting considerably stronger would force you to increase Cymbal and Tambourine's power even more.

Imma go with Tien (though it's really close). He's stronger and is definitely a better fighter than Yajirobe.

The only thing he'd have to worry about is Yajirobe's resilience.

I give it to Tenshinhan, just barely though. I have all three within close range. Goku seems really impressive by Yajurobe's toughness, but Tenshinhan's techniques will give him the element of surprise.

I think it really comes down if you consider or not Goku's Zenkai.

I don't know whether we have to label that as a zenkai, but it is highly implied Goku got an increase after 22nd TB. Roshi was stated to be not
far behind Tenshinhan, yet he made a big deal out of his younger self's power. In other words...

22nd TB Roshi<=22nd TB Tenshinhan<=22nd TB Goku<Young Roshi<Mutaito<Post 22nd TB Goku
