I agree with CC. Nothing has given us reason to consider Yajirobe being > 1,000. He would only be able to win if this is Raditz after his injury from Gohan.

I think Yajirobe can at least put up some resistance and perhaps even hurt Raditz badly with his swordsman skills, but I don’t see him winning this. Against a Saibaman, maybe he could pull it off. But Raditz? Meh, no.
