Yamcha (22nd Budokai) vs. Master Shen (Tsuru-sennin)

Yamcha surprised Tien with how strong he was and Tien believed Yamcha was the strongest of the Turtle students... that is until he saw Jackie Chun in action with his handy work of Man-Wolf despite holding back and when he actually does fight him, he notices his powers exceed even his master Tsuru-sennin's implying Tsuru-sennin may be the strongest person he knew up until that point.

Who wins?

Tenshinhan seemed to expect that Jackie Chun would put up more of a fight than Yamcha, yet only noted him to be superior to Tsuru Sennin after having fought him some fair amount of time. Furthermore, Tsuru Sennin was capable of manhandling Chaozu, someone who's Dodonpa could supposedly kill Kuririn, who's equal to Yamcha.

Tsuru Sennin wins, with medium-difficulty at best.
