Yamcha 23rd Budokai Sokidan vs Goku Post Sacred Water/ Tien

I think it's pretty standard to say that Yamcha is not as strong as Goku Post Sacred Water. However his Sokidan was pretty powerful. If It's too powerful for Goku, how about against Tien (23rd Budokai)? Does Yamcha win both fights?

Kami saying that Yamcha could catch up to him pretty quickly says a lot to me. As far as I'm concerned, his base power's already in the same league as post-Shinsui Goku, so the Sokidan would easily beat him. As for Tenshinhan, I at least don't see it as capable of being blown up by a kiai like the Super Dodonpa, but I don't think it'd be able to deal much damage with a direct hit.

I think Goku is still stronger but Yamcha definitely has the skill to take him down.
