Well, it's been years since I watched the anime (like first few, not much). I've always wanted to get back into it, but always forget about it. I thought it was a very average series, like thoughts, wasn't very far. Then I just kept hearing very good things about it lately, so now I've decided to just buckle up and give the manga a try.

I'm on Chapter 3 now. First two chapters are very good, Kenshin is a total boss. I remember hating that he used a dull blade as a kid when I first watched this series, but I actually really like it now and think its cool. Anyhow, I'll be posting thoughts in this thread as I go through the series.

Odd, for some reason this isn't working either. I'm also having trouble logging into any manga websites in general. Perhaps it's something with my computer, but I just updated it. Hmm, I'll try Safari.

Okay, got things working again. I think things were a bit messed up because of the storm going on rn. Internet wasn't even working on my phone.

Hmm, I don't really like the effects used every time something or someone gets hit. It always looks like blood splatter, when it isn't.

I like it when it switches to color. This manga has very clean and well done coloring.

I sure do appreciate and prefer this type of older manga art over the newer style that seems to be around these days.

Chapter 6, that guy with the sword longer than Guts' is off to fight Kenshin.

And the guy in the white trench coat easily took it from her. I get vibes him and Kenshin are going to fight. He seems cool.
