Your personal least favourite starter pokemon selection?

Based on the final form of starters, aesthetics only, which is your least favourite gen?
It's your opinion, so there's no right answer, but if it's different than mine I will hate you forever.

Gen 8. Only one I like out of all three lines is Rillaboon. The other two are complely mediocre and needed an update for their Gigantamax forms to look even the slightest bit interesting. It doesn't help that, compared to the other starter trios since Gen 4, there's barely any strong connecting theme between the Galar trio.

They've all been pretty bad for a long time now.

I wasn't thinking of Gen 8 at first but I'll probably have to go with that one since I don't like any of the starters there. Gen 5's are terrible, but the Snivy line isn't that bad. The Froakie line redeems Gen 6. The Rowlet line redeems Gen 7. They aren't the best out there but they're decent enough.

I've soured on the Gen 4 trio lately but they're not that bad overall imo. 1-3 are definitely the best and 4 doesn't really have any stinkers either I don't think.

The Generation 8 starters seem the weakest to me. Although Gens 5 and 7 come close.
