It should not work that way. The Future timeline happened first, therefore it should take priority. Your list should be structured around it and not vice versa. Everything would correspond anyway. If you use 40% for the android, then Future Gohan, Trunks, Yardrat Goku, FP Androids also get raised. No issue will be present.

Sick Goku wouldn't blow Yardrat Goku out of the water, which Tenshinhan implies, and initial 19 wouldn't be stronger than Trunks. If #19 isn't stronger than Trunks, wouldn't they instantly realize that they're not the right Androids? I could raise initial 19, but then the increase from the KHH wouldn't be as big as 20 implied.
