Z Super #17 runs the DBZ Gauntlet

This is a hypothetical version of Super #17 made by the fusion of two versions of the #17 we saw in DBZ. How far do they get?

Scenario 1: No character has prior intel on his Ki absorption.
Scenario 2: His opponents are aware of his Ki absorption, but not his weakness whilst doing so.
Scenario 3: His opponents are aware of both.

Bonus Scenario: If he clears, Pocket has to choose between the Super Android Schwing or Lord 's
Hardcore Donovanation.

Future 17 would be my guess.

In that case I'd have Super 17 being pretty welll equal to Base Gotenks pre. I don't think Gotenks could beat this 17 in any of the scenarios, in fact I can't think of anyone who would beat 17, as he'd be barely above Base Gotenks but well below SSJ.

Super 17 clears all rounds as long as he doesn't let himself be beaten

As for the bonus, I'm gonna have to go with the Super Android Schwing, it's incredibly close though.

I don't think Gotenks could beat this 17 in any of the scenarios, in fact I can't think of anyone who would beat 17, as he'd be barely above Base Gotenks but well below SSJ.

You don't think the Super Kamikaze Ghost Attack may do him in? I doubt he'd be able to absorb it, given the nature of the attack and I doubt he'd realise it before attempting such.
There's also Gotenks/Gohan Boo's candy beam to consider, especially when in Scenarios 2 and 3, he could likely create an opening with the SKGA and his other Ki techniques acting as a distraction.

He showed the ability to absorb massive amounts of ki in a huge radius, and it should be fair to assume that the absorbing plates on his hands have some function as well. I think a Super 17 comprised of these two would be able to compete well all the way up to Fat Boo. But this also means a Dragon Fist from the likes of SSJ Goku during this same saga could likely take him out, assuming Galu figures out the weakness.
