Zarbon, Salza and Jeice

Are they all the same type of alien species? They all just seem to be humans with a strange skin tone.
Jeice was red, Salza was blueish and Zarbon was light green. Has anything been mentioned about any of these guys being from the same race or anything?

No idea where Zarbon is from. There's no backstory on his origins.
