Alright episode 1 is finished. It looks promising to me but they shouldn't introduce those tons of characters in just an episode. I only know 4-6 characters so far.

Episode 2 is done. I'm assuming that Galacting Empire is lead by Reinhard while the latter called Free Planet Alliance is lead my Yang? Poor Lap to die on the first episode.

Episode 3: Great episode, so far the author handled Yang's character a lot better than I expected. That PKC does gives that Nazi vibe going on which mean Tuniht is Hitler's version? mg

I'm confused. I thought the Galactic Empire are democracy and yet it feels like they're monarchy or something. Also is Annerose a normal servant to the majesty or a wife?

They aren't lead by them, they only act as the main focal points for both sides in the narrative. Reinhard does aspire to lead the Galactic Empire, however.
