I can't see Goku beating Jheese. He is nearly twice his power but has no control over his Oozaru form. Both times we saw Oozaru Goku he was ignoring his enemies and just going for mass destruction. Jheese should easily be able to destroy the moon or cut off his tail if that isn't banned. If it is, he'd be hard pressed to defeat someone with twice his battle power.
