I've been watching chapters 44 and 45 of DBGT. It looks like Vegeta transforms into SSJ2 for the first time against Super # 17 when Vegeta manages to dodge him on one occasion, near the end. Vegeta seemed confident in dealing with Super # 17, despite seeing how his Final Flash won't cause him any harm. Surely Vegeta was SSJ when he released his Final Flash.

Goku also commented impressed that Super # 17 treated Vegeta like a child, even before the latter used SSJ2.

In Chapter 46 of DBGT, Goku SSJ shows to be much more powerful even than Vegeta SSJ2, but even so, Super # 17 groups Goku with the others. While previously, Goku did not group Vegeta SSJ with the others.

Does it mean that the Gap between Goku SSJ (S17) over Vegeta SSJ2 (S17) is less than the Gap between Vegeta SSJ (S17) over Majuub (S17)?

@SIAD before I get to that, I just rewatched that segment and I'm not sure if I agree with it being a comparison between Vegeta and the others. Goku had already witnessed Super 17 fighting the entire group as Super Saiyans, and only commented on S17 treating Vegeta like a child when he was in Base. S17 had already been treating the Z Senshi like children from the beginning of the fight, which makes me think that this is more of a general statement than a power comparison.

I don't have numbers at the moment. It's incredibly hard to find differences in the Z Senshi because S17 was so much stronger than them. Oob seemed to be similar to the Base Saiyans initially, but he also seemed comparable to the Super Saiyans. They all looked to be on the same level as one another until Vegeta went SSJ2.

Maybe: SSJ Goku > SSJ2 Vegeta > SSJ Vegeta > Oob >= Base Vegeta

Maybe, I think Vegeta SSJ seemed to be the strongest of all.

Majuub must have gotten a lot stronger in those 5 months, considering that part of that time he trained with Goku. What do you think?

Maybe. I'm still hesitant to put Super Oob that far ahead of Base Vegeta. He didn't seem all that impressive to me.
