Those numbers look like inflation. Tenshinhan still put the power Goku had three years ago in high regard at the 23rd Budokai, so I doubt he was anymore than 1.33 times Post-Choshinsui Goku.

And what do you think of Mr. Popo being more than 10x Goku (Post Chō-shinsui), considering that Mr. Popo easily dodged Goku's Tenacity Punch?

I think you can push for 1.5x since he didn’t expect Goku to even be capable of tracking him, but that’s about it.

True. I think Tenshinhan would stomp Goku/King Piccolo but not one-shot them, like he did Tao. Ten vs them would look like Kuririn vs Junior imo.

But yeah, Popo and the others are gods compared to them.

Mr. Popo and Kamisama are many tens of times more powerful than Goku.

I like having Tenshinhan (BoZ) being almost in the same power as Mr. Popo, because he kept training hard just like Goku and Piccolo.

At the beginning of BoZ, the gaps between the Z Fighters are abysmal, Goku and Piccolo are Gods compared to Kamisama, Kamisama is much more powerful than Mr. Popo and Tenshinhan. Tenshinhan surpasses the rest of the Humans multiple times.
