Yes he is stronger at both muscle tower and pirate cave.

I was just doing a rough draft on DB pls. This is what I think I go with:

Kuririn = 65

Pirate Robot = 80

Buyon = 85

Blue = 87.5

Nam = 90

Bora = 92.5

Metallic = 95

21st Goku/Chun = 100

Muscle Tower Goku = 105

Pirate Cave Goku = 110

Octapapa = 120

Metallic should be 80% of Goku, possibly weaker than Namu depending on how strong Muscle Tower Goku is compared to Budokai Goku.

What made Metallic special (and thus prompted Goku's comment) was the fact that he kept going regardless of damage. Goku's blows are devastating and would've KO'd a real person.

Looking at that again it actually does look like Metallic was carried by his robotic durability much like Buyon was. It does look like Metallic's hits did a fair amount of damage to Goku though so he was no pushover. I really don't see 80%, that's basically a stomp.

Goku was stronger than Metallic even before going all point. Look at the panel I posted - the fight might have ended then and there if androids could be KO’d.

Metallic was dishing out too much damage to be an 80% gap. 80% is Vegeta vs Dodoria territory. Goku should be sleepwalking in this fight if that was the case, yet Metallic was still proving to be close to Goku's speed.

Yeah, I get this angle. But then Goku says he's hitting Metallic "for real", and Metallic is then able to keep up with his speed. Goku wasn't going all out yet but it wasn't far off. Metallic was still right there with him.

Yeah, speed feats prove Metallic is right there with Goku.

Close enough. But not quite there to be a very tough opponent. Still, a respectable and tough one regardless.

Like 90/100 .... Goku needed the KMHMH since Metallic's durability would make him non stop and the KMHMH destroyed his upper body. Still, the fact Metallic could still move since he a , Goku said "alright, I'm hitting with everything now!!" ... Which might hint at Goku not having used full power before? Which seems weird when he threw a KMHMH at him... But anyways, clear advantage for Goku, but Metallic's toughness, which in terms of the fighting danger one represents — which is what I take as power level reflective, Metallic still earned a 90% range imo. Pretty much like a Namu imo.
