Exactly. The idea Goku could break Vegeta's neck and he'd be fine is not supported.

Someone on Neo came up with a good idea and I think I'm rocking with it. So basically the Majin charm is just too powerful for a human and it gave him supernatural type of powers.

There's no way Dabura and Vegeta are fixing their neck like that. That was some freaky stuff.
