The first rampage before he was sealed.
The user is a factor in the success rate of the technique. What limitations does Devilmite Beam have?
Good Q. I thought maybe he was, but maybe he wasn’t.Is Akkuman that old?
The technique targets the heart. Nothing about them them-selves.The user is a factor in the success rate of the technique.
Ki is still applied. The technique targets the heart. Nothing about them them-selves.
Well, first of all how do you know? Maybe it’s magic of some-sort (this is early DragonBall after-all). But even if not that, it targets the heart, not the person them-selves.Ki is still applied.
It's implied that's how these sorts of techniques work. They aren't infinitely powered, they have finite energy behind them.Well, first of all how do you know? Maybe it’s magic of some-sort (this is early DragonBall after-all). But even if not that, it targets the heart, not the person them-selves.
But even so, it targets the heart & not only that but targets evil which is kind-of abstract & amplifies it or some-thing IIRC so some magic must be involved. Do you think their heart has a power-level too? l0lIt's implied that's how these sorts of techniques work. They aren't infinitely powered, they have finite energy behind them.

All techniques have limitations. There's no infinite energy techniques in Dragon Ball.Akkuman isn't even winded after using it. And even if that was true as soon as it touches Mr. Evil Incarnate hes exploding.
