How much of a boost does Babidi's magic give?

I was reading about Dabura's hypothetical strength with the third eye and it got me thinking... just how much of a boost does Babidi's spell give? Is it a set amount or does it depend on the relative evil or strength of his victim?

Depends on the victim. Highly training fighters who've already trained their bodies close to their limits like Vegeta or Dabura, the Majin charm would only provide a marginal increase (2x at best).

But for regular Earthlings who likely have no concept of ki like Spopovich or Yamu, there's plenty of room to work with and the Majin charm pushes FAR beyond their natural limitations.

Videl was capable of breaking Spopovich's neck and landing hits other characters from early Dragon Ball would've been able to dodge in their sleep. That makes me think the boost wasn't as much as people think.

To compete in the tournament where he lost to Mr. Satan he would've had to have already been an established martial artist. Thus, I would argue it's the same boost Dabura and Vegeta got.

Spopovich was sandbagging for much of the fight. When he actually started trying he demolished Videl.

Videl still broke his neck which (to me) shows they're not that far apart in terms of strength relatively speaking.

There's no way he's anywhere near King Piccolo or his minions for example.

Spopovich just had powers well beyond his own abilities, like Goku said.
