I'm going to attempt to double up this challenge. In addition to abstinence, I will also need to find a woman of high caliber with the characteristics, attributes, and other aspects that I value. I will need to actually put in serious effort in this endeavor.

It's too easy to give up and rub one out. We shall find out in 12 months if I can endure and triumph this challenge.
