Oolong and Puar max power level

They get stronger when they transform. Oolong can fly like a missile. Puar can cut Goku's tail.

What's Oolong's max power level?
If he turned into a saiyan space pod, he could one-shot Freeza by crashing into him.

I could swear it was said somewhere they didn’t get stronger. Even if they get faster I doubt they could even dust Raditz, let alone Freeza.
