I hope not. With how much flak Hohenheim got for leaving his family to save the country I want Luffy to treat him the exact same way. But Luffy is a bona fide retard while Edward has actual brains so...

Luffy doesn't care about Dragon. He'd be mildly interested in him before they get back to the their current objective (Fighting Blackbeard or Imu).
