Recent but old enough to not have to wait anime?

Inspired by dandadan not being finished.

I know there's Vinland Saga, Attack on Titan and Mob Psycho. But I'm not watching the first two and already saw Mob.
Let's say recent is 2000 onwards.

There is Beastars Season 3. I didn't watch the last ep of S2 cuz I thought I'd wait for season 3. That was like 3 years ago lol. I don't like watching furries/anthropomorphic animals while eating tho.

Something with something going on. Maybe action or adventure. Where you wsnna watch more eps and not wait 6 months.

No, but seriously not sure what you mean. You mean the series finished or has enough episodes to keep you occupied? Jujutsu-Kaisen? Spy x Family (not action, though more of a light-hearted sit-com)?

But if it's marathonable tjen two seasons might not be enough
