You're also on a CIA hitlist for the first 2 years and have to fly to a new country every 3 months. Plus you need to win 5 Olympic sports or you'll get a PL of 3. You also need to traverse the lion, komodo, bear, gorilla, elephant, giraffe and rhino enclosure in the zoo, while wearing an old wool hat.

According to my gaps, 0.05 is the PL of a normal human, so when I sneeze, with a PL of 5, I'm still stronger than Baba Saga Goku.
