What are examples of this in manga, anime or any other fiction?
Where a particular subversion or deconstruction of a cliché or trope has became so common it became a cliché itself?
Or a particular fiction cliché was subverted in various ways so often that the original cliché became more less cliché than trying to subvert it?

I know you said “became more less clichè” (wtf?!), but if you don’t count anime what about the the treasure was the friends you made along the way? Nah, I don’t even know. It’s not like you know when they would have thought of that and then intentionally tried to subvert it, so my post just wasted your time.

That should just say less cliché

I think I've seen it a bunch of times in older shows or movies I watched when I was younger, but maybe I'm misremembering. Either-way I saw it played straight once in Detective-Conan.
