How substantial is the amp pre Super Kamehameha? I found something interesting.

Goku already had a "bluff" Kamehameha that was able to dish out relatively significant damage at equal levels. How strong was the real thing?

I wouldn’t call that “significant damage” since Piccolo isn’t weakened at all and Goku even saya it. A full power Kamehameha was almost always a special finisher so definitely a good amount above the user.
